Non-Print on Demand Products (Standard Products)
We offer a 30-day refund policy for non-print on demand products under the following conditions:
- A full refund will be issued if the product arrives damaged or does not fit.
- To process your refund, we require clear photos of:
- The shipping package
- The damaged item
- These photos help us improve our quality control and serve our customers better.
Please Note:
- Refunds will not be issued for buyer’s remorse.
- If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found (e.g., stolen from the porch), it is not eligible for a refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package.
Print on Demand Products (Custom-Made Items)
Print On Demand sales are final, unless it arrives damaged (no refunds) please see our remakes policy HERE for more info.
- To qualify for a remake, you must provide clear photos of the damaged item.
Refund Processing Time
- Once a refund is approved, it may take 2-12 business days (depending on your bank) for the funds to appear in your original payment method.
